About The Founder
When I searched for ways to preserve my parents’ story, all I found were two extremes: inexpensive DIY options that required a year of writing, or high-end memoir ghostwriting services that cost $10,000 or more.
As a former journalist and editor, my favorite work was always interviewing people— learning who they are, what matters to them, and shaping those conversations into meaningful profiles.
Golden Chapters was born from that passion. I wanted families to have a beautiful, permanent book that captures a life story—without it costing thousands or taking an entire year.
How It Works
Conversation
A professional writer talks with the subject — over the phone or on Zoom — to learn their story in a warm, comfortable conversation.
Draft
Your writer carefully crafts a 20–25 page memoir based entirely on that conversation. You’ll get the full draft and can suggest light revisions or additions.
Production
Your updated memoir is polished and finalized. Within one month, your story is professionally produced and delivered as a beautiful hardcover book.
Payment Details
To get started, a 25% deposit is required at the beginning of the project. The remaining 75% is due upon successful completion and delivery of your hardcover memoir. PayPal, Venmo and Zelle are accepted.
